These Terms and Conditions govern your use of mcww and apply to all players accessing the platform from Bangladesh. By creating an account, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms in full.

Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mcww ("mcww", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the mcww online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at mcww.vin (the "Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully. To register an account and use the mcww Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. mcww reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

  • You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information when registering your account and must keep that information current at all times. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
  • You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntarily placed on your own account or imposed by mcww. If you have previously self-excluded, you must not attempt to open a new account until the self-exclusion period has formally ended.

Each individual may only hold one account with mcww. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account — regardless of whether it was performed by you personally — is your responsibility. mcww will never ask for your full password by any communication channel.

  • You must notify mcww immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised. mcww accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
  • mcww may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension.
  • Accounts that remain dormant for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure at mcww's discretion, following prior written notice to the email address associated with the account.
  • You may not transfer your account, account balance, bonuses, or any credits to another person. mcww accounts are non-transferable.
  • mcww may close or suspend an account without notice if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, mcww reserves the right to withhold any funds pending investigation.

You are responsible for ensuring that all payment methods used on your mcww account are registered in your own name. mcww does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from accounts held in a name other than your registered account name will be returned and the account may be suspended pending review.

mcww supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified. mcww does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own standard transfer charges.

  • Deposits are reflected in your account balance within two minutes of a successful mobile wallet transaction confirmation. If a deposit does not appear within ten minutes, you should contact support with the transaction reference number.
  • Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business hours for amounts up to ৳50,000. Larger withdrawal amounts may be subject to additional verification and may take up to 24 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount and maximum daily limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
  • Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method that has been previously used to make a successful deposit into the same account. mcww does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, payment methods not registered in the account holder's name, or methods that have not been used for a prior deposit.
  • mcww reserves the right to request verification of any transaction, including the source of funds, before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in the withdrawal being declined.
  • In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit to your account, you must notify mcww immediately and must not use the incorrectly credited funds. mcww reserves the right to recover any funds credited to your account in error, including by deducting the amount from your available balance.

All deposits made to mcww are intended solely for gambling purposes on the Platform. mcww is not a financial institution and your account balance does not accrue interest. mcww reserves the right to require proof that deposited funds are from a legitimate source.

mcww offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail with respect to that promotion.

  • Bonuses are only available to players who have a fully verified account. mcww reserves the right to withhold bonus awards pending completion of KYC verification.
  • All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing the rollover requirement will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
  • Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. mcww uses automated systems to detect bonus abuse including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, and artificial stake patterns.
  • mcww reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in their terms. Cash-back offers are credited as real-money balance with no rollover requirement unless stated otherwise.
  • mcww may at its sole discretion decline to offer any bonus or promotion to any player, or cancel a bonus already applied to an account, if there is a reasonable basis to believe the player has engaged in bonus abuse, is acting in bad faith, or has breached any term of this Agreement.

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the mcww Platform. Any breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

  • Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using a false identity, or assisting another person to do so, for the purpose of receiving multiple bonus awards or circumventing any restriction placed on your account.
  • Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any software that artificially interacts with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players, including automated betting patterns designed to exploit promotions or game mechanics.
  • Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering with other players for the purpose of obtaining an unfair advantage, including in live casino games, poker variants, or sports betting markets.
  • Using the Platform in connection with any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or financing of any unlawful enterprise. mcww reports suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities and cooperates fully with any lawful investigation.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm, or RNG system used by mcww. Any attempt to gain an unfair technical advantage over the Platform's game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing any other player or mcww staff member through any communication channel provided by the Platform, including live chat, support tickets, or in-game chat features.

mcww is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with tools to manage their gambling activity. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect your financial situation, relationships, or mental health, you should make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform or contact support for guidance.

  • Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings. Changes that increase your existing limit will take effect after a 24-hour cooling period to prevent impulsive increases.
  • Session time controls: You may set a session duration reminder that alerts you when a specified amount of time has elapsed since you logged in. This does not automatically end your session but provides a prompt for you to review your activity.
  • Cooling-off period: You may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. The cooling-off period cannot be lifted early once applied.
  • Self-exclusion: You may request permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and remain in effect indefinitely unless you formally request reinstatement after a minimum exclusion period of 6 months, subject to a further cooling-off review by the mcww responsible gaming team.

All content on the mcww Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, design elements, graphics, text, images, audio, video, game interfaces, and the mcww brand name and logo, is the exclusive property of mcww or is licensed to mcww by its respective owners. All rights are reserved. Nothing on the Platform grants you any right, title, or interest in any mcww intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, creation of derivative works, public display, or commercial exploitation of any mcww content without express written permission is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mcww's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your mcww account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. mcww expressly disclaims liability in the following circumstances:

  • Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform resulting from scheduled or emergency maintenance, server failures, network outages, DDoS attacks, or any event outside mcww's reasonable control.
  • Any loss of winnings, data, profits, or opportunities resulting from your failure to maintain secure account credentials, or from unauthorised third-party access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
  • Decisions made by certified RNG systems in respect of game outcomes. mcww's game engines are independently certified and all game results are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. Disputes regarding individual game outcomes must be submitted to support within 72 hours of the session in question.
  • Any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if mcww has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and survives the termination of these Terms.

You may close your mcww account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, provided you have satisfied all applicable KYC requirements and there are no pending investigations. Bonus balances that have not met their rollover requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

mcww may terminate or suspend your account at any time without prior notice if you have breached any material term of this Agreement, if mcww reasonably suspects fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by law or a regulatory authority. In cases of termination for cause, mcww reserves the right to withhold all balances pending investigation and, where fraud or money laundering is established, to report the matter to the appropriate authorities and seek recovery through available legal means.

mcww reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights, mcww will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying you at the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through mcww's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
